Human Rights Act Reform: A Modern Bill of Rights – A consultation to reform the Human Rights Act 1998

In addition to 45 other civil society organisations, the Community Policy Forum is proud to support this submission by the Human Rights Consortium Scotland to the consultation to reform the Human Rights Act 1998. The Human Rights Consortium Scotland is a civil society network who work together to protect human rights in Scotland. Its members span a wide range of organisations from smaller local charities to national or issue-based organisations, and across a range of issue areas such as mental health, environment, disability, health and advocacy.
